- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 10 egg roll wrappers
- Olive oil spray or nonstick spray
Instructions
- Cook the filling: In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion. Add ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly and mix in cheese and optional ingredients.
- Assemble the egg rolls: Spoon filling onto each wrapper, fold the bottom corner up, fold in the sides, then roll up tightly. Seal with water.
- Air fry: Preheat air fryer, spray egg rolls with oil, and air fry at 380°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
