For the filling:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 small onion, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional: chopped pickles or cooked bacon for extra flavor

For assembly:

  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • Olive oil spray or nonstick spray

Instructions

  1. Cook the filling: In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion. Add ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly and mix in cheese and optional ingredients.
