Vegetables:

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup julienned carrots
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  • 3 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook Noodles: Prepare chow mein noodles as per package instructions. Rinse and set aside.
  2. Marinate Chicken: Combine chicken with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil.
  3. Stir-Fry Chicken: Cook chicken until browned; set aside.
  4. Prepare Sauce: Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and broth.
  5. Stir-Fry Veggies: Cook onion, garlic, cabbage, and carrots.
  6. Combine Ingredients: Add chicken, noodles, bean sprouts, and green onions. Pour sauce over and stir-fry.
