- 1/4 cup blueberry jam or preserves
- 1/3 cup fresh blueberries

- 24 wonton wrappers
- Cooking spray or melted butter, for brushing
- Optional: powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Prepare the cream cheese mixture: In a small bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble the wontons: Place one wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture and 1/2 teaspoon of blueberry jam in the center, then add 1 to 2 fresh blueberries on top.
- Seal the wontons: Moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper with water, fold it into a triangle, and press firmly to seal all edges to prevent leakage.
- Repeat filling: Continue assembling the remaining wontons using the same method for all 24 wrappers.
- Prepare for air frying: Lightly spray or brush each wonton with cooking spray or melted butter to help achieve a golden, crispy finish.
- Preheat and cook: Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Arrange the wontons in a single layer inside the basket, working in batches if necessary.
- Air fry the wontons: Cook for 5 to 6 minutes until the wontons are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve: Allow them to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar if desired and serve warm.
Notes
- You can swap blueberry jam for raspberry or strawberry jam for a different fruity flavor.
- Add lemon zest to the cream cheese mixture for an extra layer of brightness.
