Description

These Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls are a delicious and crispy appetizer that packs a spicy kick. Filled with shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and creamy cheeses, these egg rolls are perfect for game day or any gathering.

Filling:

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Additional:

  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • cooking spray or oil for air frying
  • ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping

Instructions

  1. Mix the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and green onions. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Fill and Roll: Lay an egg roll wrapper, spoon filling, fold bottom corner over, fold in sides, and roll tightly. Seal the edge with water. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  3. Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Lightly spray egg rolls, place in a single layer in the basket. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  4. Serve: Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

  • To make spicier, add cayenne or use hot buffalo sauce.
