Filling:
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Additional:
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- cooking spray or oil for air frying
- ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping
Instructions
- Mix the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and green onions. Stir until well mixed.
- Fill and Roll: Lay an egg roll wrapper, spoon filling, fold bottom corner over, fold in sides, and roll tightly. Seal the edge with water. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Lightly spray egg rolls, place in a single layer in the basket. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve: Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Notes
- To make spicier, add cayenne or use hot buffalo sauce.
