  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • lemon wedges for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Rub both sides of each chicken breast with olive oil.
  3. Season the Chicken: In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle the seasoning evenly over both sides of the chicken and rub it in to coat well.
  4. Cook the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is golden and cooked through.
  5. Rest and Serve: Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with fresh lemon wedges if desired.
