- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme or Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Place chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Rub both sides of each breast with olive oil. In a small bowl, mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and thyme. Sprinkle the seasoning blend evenly over both sides of the chicken.
Cook for 9–10 minutes, flip, and cook for another 8–10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Notes
- For even cooking, pound thicker parts of the chicken to an even thickness.
- Use your favorite seasoning blend or add cayenne for heat.
