Instructions
- Prepare the Crab Filling: In a bowl, combine crab meat, panko, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper.
- Wrap the Egg Rolls: Place filling on egg roll wrapper, fold, and roll tightly. Seal edges with water. Repeat.
- Air Fry: Preheat air fryer, spray egg rolls with oil, air fry at 375°F for 10–12 mins, flipping halfway.
- Make the Fire Sauce: Mix mayo, Sriracha, ketchup, lemon juice, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
