  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 large egg

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 green onions (finely chopped)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • Olive oil spray

For the Fire Sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crab Filling: In a bowl, combine crab meat, panko, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Wrap the Egg Rolls: Place filling on egg roll wrapper, fold, and roll tightly. Seal edges with water. Repeat.
  3. Air Fry: Preheat air fryer, spray egg rolls with oil, air fry at 375°F for 10–12 mins, flipping halfway.
  4. Make the Fire Sauce: Mix mayo, Sriracha, ketchup, lemon juice, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
