Description

These Air Fryer Jalapeno Poppers are a delicious and easy appetizer perfect for parties or game day. Creamy, cheesy, and with a hint of spice, these poppers wrapped in crispy bacon are sure to be a crowd-pleaser.

Jalapeno Poppers:

  • 10 fresh jalapeño peppers
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Additional:

  • 10 slices bacon (cut in half)
  • toothpicks for securing if needed

Instructions

  1. Slice and Prep: Slice jalapeños in half, remove seeds and membranes.
  2. Mix Cheese Filling: Combine cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, paprika, and salt until smooth.
  3. Fill Jalapeños: Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  4. Wrap with Bacon: Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with bacon half, secure with toothpicks.
  5. Air Fry: Preheat air fryer, place poppers in a single layer, air fry at 375°F for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Serve: Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, add breadcrumbs on top of the cheese filling before wrapping with bacon.
