Jalapeno Poppers:
- 10 fresh jalapeño peppers
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Additional:
- 10 slices bacon (cut in half)
- toothpicks for securing if needed
Instructions
- Slice and Prep: Slice jalapeños in half, remove seeds and membranes.
- Mix Cheese Filling: Combine cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, paprika, and salt until smooth.
- Fill Jalapeños: Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
- Wrap with Bacon: Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with bacon half, secure with toothpicks.
- Air Fry: Preheat air fryer, place poppers in a single layer, air fry at 375°F for 10-12 minutes.
- Serve: Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, add breadcrumbs on top of the cheese filling before wrapping with bacon.
- Serve with ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.
