Fruit Salad:
- 1 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt;
- 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip);
- 1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained;
- 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained;
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut;
- 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows;
- ½ cup chopped maraschino cherries, drained and patted dry;
- ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream (or yogurt) and whipped topping until smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to blend and the marshmallows to soften.
