  • 2 cups uncooked wide egg noodles
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Topping:

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup crushed buttery crackers or breadcrumbs (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter (optional)

Instructions
