  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper and grease the sides.
  2. Prepare the crust: Mix crushed cookies, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the pan and bake for 8–10 minutes.
