For the Chicken:
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Sauce:
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup dry white wine (or extra chicken broth)
- 1 packet Italian dressing mix
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For Serving:
- 12 ounces angel hair pasta, cooked
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear chicken breasts for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly golden.
- In a saucepan, combine mushroom soup, chicken soup, cream cheese, chicken broth, wine, Italian dressing mix, garlic powder, and black pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
- Place chicken in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and pour sauce over the top. Cover with foil and bake for 40–45 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Meanwhile, cook angel hair pasta according to package directions and drain.
- To serve, place pasta on plates, top with chicken and creamy sauce, and garnish with parsley and Parmesan.
