For the Chicken:

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the Sauce:

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine (or extra chicken broth)
  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For Serving:

  • 12 ounces angel hair pasta, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear chicken breasts for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly golden.
  2. In a saucepan, combine mushroom soup, chicken soup, cream cheese, chicken broth, wine, Italian dressing mix, garlic powder, and black pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
  3. Place chicken in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and pour sauce over the top. Cover with foil and bake for 40–45 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  4. Meanwhile, cook angel hair pasta according to package directions and drain.
  5. To serve, place pasta on plates, top with chicken and creamy sauce, and garnish with parsley and Parmesan.
