- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 1–2 teaspoons milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the dough: In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. Cut in the cold butter, then stir in the milk. Gently fold in the apple pie filling, sugar, vanilla, and nutmeg.
- Bake the biscuits: Scoop portions of dough onto the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Glaze: Brush biscuits with melted butter. In a bowl, mix powdered sugar and milk to make a glaze. Drizzle over warm biscuits.
