Custard:
- 4 cups whole milk

Instructions

- Whisk Egg Mixture: Combine egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch, and salt until smooth.
- Combine Mixtures: Gradually mix warm milk into eggs. Cook until thickened.

- Caramelize Sugar: Sprinkle sugar on custard, caramelize with torch. Serve.
