Brownie Batter:

- 1/3 cup Baileys Irish Cream

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Cheesecake Swirl:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix Brownie Batter: Whisk melted butter and sugar, then add eggs, vanilla, Baileys. Sift in flour, cocoa, salt, and fold to combine. Pour most of the batter into the pan.
- Prepare Cheesecake Mixture: Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and flour until smooth. Spoon over brownie batter. Swirl in reserved brownie batter.
- Bake: Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out almost clean. Cool, then cut into squares.
Notes
- For a stronger Baileys flavor, add an extra tablespoon to the cheesecake mixture.
