  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Cheesecake Swirl:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Brownie Batter: Whisk melted butter and sugar, then add eggs, vanilla, Baileys. Sift in flour, cocoa, salt, and fold to combine. Pour most of the batter into the pan.
  3. Prepare Cheesecake Mixture: Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and flour until smooth. Spoon over brownie batter. Swirl in reserved brownie batter.
  4. Bake: Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out almost clean. Cool, then cut into squares.
