Buffalo Sauce:
- ½ cup hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for balance)

- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Prepare Buffalo Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together hot sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook Chicken: Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and pour half of the buffalo sauce over them. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil, pour remaining sauce over chicken, and bake uncovered for 10–15 minutes until cooked through.
- Rest and Serve: Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve drizzled with blue cheese or ranch dressing, garnished with green onions or parsley if desired.
