  • 8 large eggs

Milk:

  • 1/2 cup whole milk

Ham:

  • 1 cup diced cooked ham

Bell Peppers:

  • 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper

Onion:

  • 1/2 cup diced onion

Cheese:

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Seasoning:

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Greasing:

  • 1 tablespoon butter or nonstick spray (for greasing the baking dish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
  2. Prepare Egg Mixture: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper. Add in the ham, green and red bell peppers, onion, and cheddar cheese. Pour the mixture into the baking dish.
  3. Bake: Bake for 30–35 minutes until set and lightly golden. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
