- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (plus more for garnish)
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat and prep garlic: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil and sauté the minced garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
- Mix the dip: In a large bowl, thoroughly combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, sautéed garlic, chopped parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Bake the dip: Transfer the mixture to a greased 8×8-inch baking dish or a small cast iron skillet, spreading it evenly. Bake for 20–25 minutes until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish and serve: Remove from oven, garnish with extra fresh parsley, and serve hot with toasted baguette slices or your choice of crostini, pita chips, or fresh vegetables.
