- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or olive oil spray
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat with cooking spray.
- Prepare the shrimp: Place the shrimp in a bowl and pour the buttermilk over them. Let sit for 5 minutes.
