Salmon Fillets:

Marinade:

- 2 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 teaspoon dried dill or fresh chopped dill
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
- Make the marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, dill, salt, and black pepper.
