Ingredients

Scale

Salmon:

  • 1 pound salmon fillet

Rice:

  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice

Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Additional Toppings:

  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Pickled ginger and wasabi for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Bake the salmon: Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
