- ½ cup chicken broth

- ½ teaspoon salt

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)

Instructions
- Season the chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
