For the brown butter frosting:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare the baking dish: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Add sour cream, eggs, and vanilla, then mix in mashed bananas.
