Instructions
- Dough Preparation: In a large bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy. Add the egg, mashed banana, melted butter, flour, and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Kneading and Rising: Knead the dough by hand or with a dough hook for 6–8 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Filling and Rolling: Roll out the risen dough into a 16×12-inch rectangle. Spread softened butter over the dough, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and roll up tightly. Cut into 12 pieces.
- Baking: Place rolls in a baking dish, let rise again, then bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
