Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
- Mix wet ingredients: Mash bananas in a large bowl, add melted butter, sugars, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Add dry ingredients: Sprinkle baking soda and salt over the mixture, then gently stir in flour and cinnamon.
- Fill muffin cups: Divide batter evenly among the cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Bake: Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the tin before transferring to a wire rack.
