Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Prepare dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, beat butter, oil, sugars, and eggs until creamy. Add sour cream, vanilla, and mashed bananas.
- Combine: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture and mix until just combined.
- Bake: Pour batter into the pan, smooth the top, and bake for 35–40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
