Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
