Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch round or square cake pan.
- Cream the butter and sugar: In a large bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and bananas: Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla and mashed bananas.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
