- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (3.4 oz) box instant banana pudding mix
- 1 cup whole milk
For the topping:
- 1 1/2 cups whipped cream
- sliced bananas
- crushed vanilla wafers for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Prepare the crust: Combine vanilla wafer crumbs and melted butter, press into the pan, and bake for 10 minutes.
- Make the filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar, add sour cream, mix in eggs, vanilla extract, and banana pudding mix with milk. Pour into crust.
- Bake: Bake for 50–60 minutes, then cool in the oven with the door ajar. Chill for at least 4 hours.
- Top and serve: Before serving, add whipped cream, banana slices, and crushed wafers.
