Graham Cracker Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs, ½ cup unsalted butter, melted, ¼ cup granulated sugar
Filling:
2 cups sliced bananas (about 3–4 bananas), 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained, 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping, divided, 1 cup sliced strawberries, 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts, ½ cup chocolate syrup, maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions
- Graham Cracker Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread evenly over crust. Layer bananas evenly over the cream cheese mixture, then spread crushed pineapple on top. Spread half of the whipped topping over pineapple. Arrange sliced strawberries on top, then sprinkle with chopped nuts. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and top with remaining whipped topping if desired. Garnish with maraschino cherries. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
