  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • juice of ½ lime
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare salmon: Preheat oven to 400°F. Rub salmon fillets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Bake for 12–15 minutes until cooked.
  2. Make Bang Bang Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a bowl.
  3. Prepare Avocado Cucumber Salsa: Combine avocado, cucumber, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a separate bowl.
  4. Assemble: Top cooked salmon with bang bang sauce and avocado cucumber salsa. Serve.
