Ribs:
- 2 racks baby back pork ribs (about 4 lbs total)
Spice Rub:
- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Barbecue Sauce:
- 2 cups barbecue sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs.
- Prepare the Spice Rub: In a bowl, mix brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Rub mixture over ribs.
- Bake the Ribs: Place ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet, cover with foil, and bake for 2 1/2–3 hours until tender.
- Glaze with Barbecue Sauce: Increase oven temperature to 425°F (220°C). Brush ribs with barbecue sauce and bake uncovered for 10–15 minutes until sauce caramelizes.
