- 2 cups heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Butter a 9-inch springform pan and line it with parchment paper.
- Prepare Batter: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix in heavy cream, vanilla, salt, and flour until smooth.
- Bake: Pour batter into pan and bake for 50-60 minutes until golden with a slight jiggle in the center.
- Cool and Chill: Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve: Lift the cheesecake out with parchment, slice, and enjoy!
