Pizza Dough:

BBQ Chicken Pizza Toppings:

  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast (shredded)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded smoked gouda cheese
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • Cornmeal or flour (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 475°F and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
  2. Roll out the dough: On a lightly floured surface or parchment paper, roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle.
