Pizza Dough:

BBQ Chicken Pizza Toppings:
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast (shredded)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded smoked gouda cheese
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- Cornmeal or flour (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 475°F and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
- Roll out the dough: On a lightly floured surface or parchment paper, roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle.
- Prepare the pizza: Brush the dough with olive oil. Spread barbecue sauce over the dough, then add chicken, cheeses, and red onion.
