Description

  • 1 1/2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails on
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the marinade: In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Coat the shrimp: Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss until well coated.
  4. Bake the shrimp: Arrange the shrimp in a baking dish, pour any remaining marinade over them, and bake for 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
