- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
For the Stir Fry:
- 3 packs (3 oz each) instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Beef: In a bowl, toss sliced beef with cornstarch and set aside.
- Cook the Noodles: Boil ramen noodles for 2 minutes, drain, and set aside.
- Sear the Beef: Sear beef in oil until browned. Set aside.
- Stir Fry: Cook broccoli, garlic, and ginger. Add beef back in.
- Make the Sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
- Combine: Add sauce and noodles to the skillet. Cook until heated through.
- Serve: Top with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- You can substitute snow peas or bell peppers for the broccoli.
- For extra heat, add sriracha or more red pepper flakes.
