Vegetable Oil:

2 tablespoons divided,

Garlic:

3 cloves minced,

Ginger:

1 tablespoon grated,

Red Bell Pepper:

1 thinly sliced,

Broccoli Florets:

2 cups,

Green Onions:

2 sliced,

Low-Sodium Soy Sauce:

1/4 cup,

Honey:

2 tablespoons or Brown Sugar,

Rice Vinegar:

1 tablespoon,

Sesame Oil:

1 teaspoon,

Toasted Sesame Seeds:

Instructions
