Instructions

- Cook Ground Beef: In the same skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until softened.
- Combine Ingredients: Return potatoes to the skillet. Stir in paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook to combine flavors.
- Finish and Serve: Optionally sprinkle with cheese, cover until melted. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
