Beef Patties:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar

- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Additional Ingredients:
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices cheddar cheese (optional)
- 1 cup kimchi
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- Lettuce leaves

Instructions
- Prepare Beef Patties: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onions, and black pepper. Form into 4 patties.
- Cook Patties: Cook the patties on a grill or skillet for 4-5 minutes per side. Top with cheddar cheese if desired.
- Make Spicy Mayo: Mix mayonnaise, gochujang, and rice vinegar in a bowl.
- Assemble Burgers: Spread spicy mayo on buns, add lettuce, place patty, kimchi, and cucumber. Top with the bun.
