Beef Patties:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Additional Ingredients:

  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 1 cup kimchi
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. Prepare Beef Patties: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onions, and black pepper. Form into 4 patties.
