Other Ingredients:
- 1 (15-ounce) can red enchilada sauce
- 8 flour tortillas (8-inch size)
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
- Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the beef: In a skillet, cook onion, garlic, and beef. Season with cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Fill the tortillas: Spoon beef mixture onto tortillas, top with cheese, and roll tightly.
