Other Ingredients:

  • 1 (15-ounce) can red enchilada sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas (8-inch size)
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the beef: In a skillet, cook onion, garlic, and beef. Season with cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
