Scale

Marinated Beef:

  • 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Stir Fry:

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
  • 8 ounces cremini or button mushrooms, sliced

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, toss the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch. Marinate for 10–15 minutes.
