  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 cup finely shredded cabbage

Wrapper and Cooking:

  • 30 round dumpling wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (for frying)
  • ¼ cup water (for steaming)

Dipping Sauce:

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Filling Preparation: Combine ground beef, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and cabbage. Mix well.
  2. Assembling Pot Stickers: Spoon filling onto a dumpling wrapper, wet edges, fold, and seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  3. Cooking Pot Stickers: Fry pot stickers until golden brown, then steam with water. Remove lid to crisp bottoms.
