- 1 cup finely shredded cabbage
Wrapper and Cooking:
- 30 round dumpling wrappers
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (for frying)
- ¼ cup water (for steaming)
Dipping Sauce:
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Filling Preparation: Combine ground beef, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and cabbage. Mix well.
- Assembling Pot Stickers: Spoon filling onto a dumpling wrapper, wet edges, fold, and seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Cooking Pot Stickers: Fry pot stickers until golden brown, then steam with water. Remove lid to crisp bottoms.
