- 1 medium daikon radish, peeled and cut into thick rounds

- 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions
- Prepare the Beef: Place beef and water in a large soup pot and bring to a boil. Skim off any foam that rises to the top.
- Add Aromatics: Add the onion, garlic, and ginger. Simmer gently for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until the beef is tender.
- Cook Vegetables: Remove onion, garlic, and ginger. Add carrots and daikon radish to the broth and simmer for another 20 to 25 minutes.
