Instructions

- Prepare the Tortillas: Microwave tortillas wrapped in a damp paper towel to soften.
- Fill and Roll: Spoon beef mixture onto tortillas, roll tightly, and secure with toothpicks if needed.
- For Frying: Fry taquitos until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- For Baking or Air Frying: Bake or air fry until crispy, flipping halfway through.
