- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)

- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Cook Tortellini: Boil salted water and cook tortellini. Drain and set aside.
