Cranberry Juice Mixture:

  • 4 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1 liter ginger ale, chilled
  • 1 cup vodka or rum (optional)
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Mix Fruit Juices: In a large punch bowl, combine cranberry, orange, pineapple juices, and lime juice. Stir well.
  2. Add Alcohol (Optional): If using, pour in vodka or rum and stir.
  3. Top with Ginger Ale: Just before serving, gently add chilled ginger ale and mix. Add ice cubes.
  4. Garnish and Serve: Float cranberries, orange & lime slices, pomegranate seeds on top. Garnish with rosemary sprigs. Serve in punch glasses.
