- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Cook penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare Sauce: In a small saucepan, combine honey, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, cracked black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 4–5 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat.
