Lobster Tails:

  • 4 lobster tails (4–6 oz each)

Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Garnish:

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare lobster tails: Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a baking sheet. Cut the top shell of each lobster tail, pull the meat out and rest on top.
  2. Prepare garlic butter sauce: Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush over lobster meat.
  3. Bake the lobster tails: Place on baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Finish and serve: Garnish with parsley, additional butter if desired, and lemon wedges. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, broil the lobster tails for the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  • This recipe can also be adapted for grilling.
