Lobster Tails:
- 4 lobster tails (4–6 oz each)
Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Garnish:
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare lobster tails: Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a baking sheet. Cut the top shell of each lobster tail, pull the meat out and rest on top.
- Prepare garlic butter sauce: Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush over lobster meat.
- Bake the lobster tails: Place on baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until cooked through.
- Finish and serve: Garnish with parsley, additional butter if desired, and lemon wedges. Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, broil the lobster tails for the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- This recipe can also be adapted for grilling.
- Use clarified butter if preferred for dipping.
