- 2 large eggs, beaten

For the Sauce:
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
For Garnish:

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken with salt and pepper. Dip in cornstarch, then in beaten eggs. Fry until golden brown.
- Make the Sauce: Combine orange juice, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugars, garlic, and ginger in a saucepan. Simmer, then thicken with cornstarch slurry.
- Finish the Dish: Toss fried chicken in sauce. Serve over rice, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- For extra crunch, double fry the chicken.
- Use freshly squeezed orange juice for best flavor.
