  • 1½ cups M&M candies (plus extra for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream the ingredients: In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2–3 minutes.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla: Beat in eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.

  6. Form the cookies: Scoop large balls of dough (about 3 tablespoons each) onto the prepared baking sheets, spaced about 2 inches apart. Press a few extra M&Ms on top of each cookie.
